Welcome to Eugenie Coetzer Optometrists.
Since opening in 2014, our motto has always been to provide great products and impeccable service to every patient who walks through our practice doors. We provide tailored eye care using the most up-to-date technologies and equipment to Montana Park, Pretoria.
We want you to feel at ease as soon as you enter our premises. Our knowledgeable staff is always on hand to assist you in selecting the ideal frames and sunglasses. Our goal is to keep your eyes healthy while building a long and beneficial connection with you. It is our mission to ensure that you leave our practice comfortable and seeing 20/20!

Community Involvement
- Occasional screenings are performed at schools to identify any eye related problems.
- Discounted eye evaluation prices for pensioners on Tuesdays, as well as affordable cash packages are available at the practice.
- We are also involved in a few sponsorships, e.g. occasional golf days or projects raising money for special causes.
Meet Our Team
At our practice, each member of our staff is committed to providing prompt and professional service to all of our patients. We strive to do our best to accommodate your needs and to see that you leave our care in good health.
Eugenie Dippenaar
Eugenie graduated cum laude in 2008 at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) with Baccalaureus degree in Optometry. She then continued part-time with her studies, and in 2010 received a diploma in Sports Vision, also cum laude.
During the next few years, Eugenie worked at different practices, and received two certificates at the Paediatric Training Academy, for paediatric courses she has done. In 2013, Eugenie did a Programme in Business Management (UNISA), and again passed the exams cum laude. She founded Eugenie Coetzer Optometrists | Oogkundiges in August 2014.
Eugenie is a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as well as the South African Optometric Association (SAOA). She also has a medicine permit for diagnostic purposes.
She also has a special interest in Low Vision.
